AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

We are ALL AROUND HEATING & COOLING, LLC, doing business as J & L Construction ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a company registered in Nevada, United States at 7640 Morning Water St., Las Vegas, NV 89148.

We operate the website https://jandlconstructionlv.com (the "Site"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms ("Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Legal Terms at any time and for any reason. 5. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

The Services do not offer users the ability to submit or post content. We may provide you with the opportunity to create, submit, post, display, transmit, perform, publish, distribute, or broadcast content and materials.

You agree that your contributions will not:

  • Promote violence against a specific person or group of people.

6. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

You and the Services agree that we may access, store, process, and use any information and personal data that you provide following the terms of the Privacy Policy and your choices (including settings).

7. SERVICES MANAGEMENT

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to:

  • Monitor the Services for violations of these Legal Terms.
  • Take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the law or these Legal Terms.
  • Remove or disable all files and content that are excessive or otherwise burdensome to our systems.
  • Otherwise manage the Services in a manner designed to protect our rights and property and to facilitate the proper functioning of the Services.

9. TERM AND TERMINATION

These Legal Terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any legal action brought by either you or us shall be commenced or prosecuted in the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors or inaccuracies.

14. DISCLAIMER

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS.

15. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES.

16. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless.

17. USER DATA

We will maintain certain data that you transmit to the Services.

18. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES

By using the Services, you consent to receive electronic communications.

19. SMS TEXT MESSAGING

SMS text messages that are sent to users are solely conversational.

20. CALIFORNIA USERS AND RESIDENTS

If any complaint with us is not satisfactorily resolved, you can contact the Complaint Assistance Unit.

21. MISCELLANEOUS

These Legal Terms constitute the entire agreement.
